GANDHISM-ITS RELEVANCE

Mr. Innocent asked the illiterate common Man
"Will you prefer five machines do the job,
Leaving five hundred men without jobs?,
The common man said, "That is production by masses."
Mr. Innocent asked the illiterate Common Man,
"Do you want a group sitting far away
Decide what you plan for your Panchayaths?"
The Common Man said, "Leave that to us."
Professor exclaimed, "Oh, that's Panchayat Raj"
Mr. Innocent asked the illiterate Common Man,
"Do you want science without Spiritualism
Opening the gates for Moral degradation?"
The common Man Said, 'Uphold moral values."
Professor said, "That's Gandhi's Dharma Raj."

Mr. Innocent asked the illiterate Common Man,
"Do you think superpowers guided missilies
And violent Suicide Bombers can bring peace?"
The common Man said, "No ! Violence invites violence !"
Professor said, "That's the policy of Non-Violence."

Mr. Innocent asked the illiterate Common Man,
"\Do you want to depend on foreign goods
And halt Developing our Inland production?"

The Common Man said. "No, I like Indian !"
Professor said, "That's Gandhi's Self-Reliance."

Mr. Innocent asked the illiterate Common Man,
"Do you want people to earn endlessly
And spend lavishly in all kinds or luxuries?"
The common man said, "Surplus is for Charity."
Professor said, "That is Trusteeship principle."
